
How we started…
Holley Jolly Homes was founded by Josh and Amber Holley, who relocated from Houston to Denison, Texas, in 2013, shortly after their marriage. Josh began investing in Texoma in 2010, and the couple recognized the importance of moving to the area to foster continued growth. Amber, a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist, has served the community through her work with Texoma Medical Center and Denison Independent School District and now proudly runs her own practice.
The Holley’s, blessed with two children, Vaughn and Stone, draw their greatest joy and motivation from their family. At Holley Jolly Homes, our mission is to provide quality and affordable housing in the Grayson County area. We are committed to offering thoughtfully designed homes with finishes that cater to first-time home buyers, investors, and families in Texoma.

Olivia Holley
Financial Operations Manager
Olivia is responsible for paying subcontractors and managing budgeting and funding throughout the building process. She plays a crucial role in keeping our projects on track by ensuring all financial aspects are handled efficiently.

Brittney Blair
Executive Assistant & Real Estate Coordinator
Brittney assists the company owner and oversees all real estate transactions. Her role ensures that transactions run smoothly and efficiently, providing essential support to our team and clients.

Aaron Johnson
Project Manager
Aaron oversees all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. He coordinates with subcontractors, ensures timelines and budgets are met, and maintains high-quality standards throughout the building process.

Randol Parsons
Warranty Manager
Randol is our Warranty Manager, handling all warranty claims and ensuring customer satisfaction post-sale. He also oversees jobsite cleanliness, making sure that all work areas are tidy and in compliance with our standards.

Travis Taylor
Field Operator
Travis is a field operator who helps keep each jobsite organized, safe, and in line with our quality standards. From monitoring site conditions to assisting with dumpster trips and general onsite tasks, he plays a key role in maintaining smooth day-to-day operations on every project.

Denise Holley
Executive Assistant
Denise supports the seamless flow of our operations by assisting with billing, coordinating daily office tasks, and providing vital support to the president of the company. Her organization, attention to detail, and ability to keep multiple projects moving make her an essential part of our homebuilding process.
